Grounded Together: Build Your Daily Practice in Community

4-Week Virtual Sadhana Series · November 2025

Grounded Together is a virtual 4-week Sadhana Building Series designed to help you establish a steady and meaningful daily practice that supports your emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. Over the course of four Sundays, we will gather in community to deepen our connection to breath, movement, reflection, and purposeful rest.

This series offers a supportive environment for anyone seeking reconnection, clarity, accountability, or renewal. Together, we will cultivate rhythm, discipline, and self-compassion in a way that feels grounded and sustainable.

What’s Included

Participants receive:

  • 2-hour live sessions every Sunday (8–10am PST)

  • Access to all class replays

  • Weekly journal prompts for reflection and integration

  • Guided practices and resources on our Teachable platform

  • Community support circle to stay accountable and connected

  • Optional WhatsApp group for gentle weekly check-ins

All levels are welcome. No previous yoga or meditation experience is required.

The Intention: Why Sadhana?

Sadhana is a daily practice of devotion and returning to oneself. When we commit to showing up—even in small ways—we strengthen our nervous system, sharpen our clarity, and create space for meaningful growth.

By the end of the series, participants will:

  • Build a consistent daily or weekly wellness rhythm

  • Deepen their relationship with body, breath, and inner awareness

  • Strengthen personal grounding and nervous system resilience

  • Access tools that support focus, steadiness, and self-trust

  • Feel held within a community-focused accountability structure

This series focuses on creating habits that can be maintained beyond the four weeks.
