🏝️ Retreat Overview for Participants
Come and join us for a transformative 4-day journey of rest, renewal, and reconnection at Copal Retreat for an oceanfront experience. Nestled on the tranquil Caribbean coast, Madre Lunai offers a sanctuary for deep practice, reflection, and sisterhood. Let the sound of the sea guide you to your heart. Classes and retreat offerings will share a mix of Hatha, restorative, and Kundalini yoga, pranayama and breathwork, guided meditation as well as spiritual and cleansing womb healing activation through sound, songs, and ceremony.
We have curated a perfect balance between deep relaxation and play set up for the entire retreat. With the option of tours, activities, and free time, you will be in control of what your schedule looks like and have opportunities to take in the beauty of Mexico. We will have time to explore the secret underworld of turquoise pools where Mayans communicated with the gods at a nearby Cenote. In this hidden location, you can swim in mineral-rich waters in magical caves under a jungle-framed sky and feel lost in another time. Take time to unwind on a hammock with the ocean breeze, or go on a solo bike trip through the jungle to the beach.
