Grounded Together – Community Wellness Workshop is a 3-hour in-person gathering in Vancouver, BC, weaving gentle yoga, active breathwork, and healing sound into an afternoon of collective care. Hosted by Indigenous Yoga Collective and Rooted Resiliency, this event is a soft landing for anyone seeking nervous system rest, deeper connection, and decolonial approaches to wellness. Guided by Harmeet Kaur, Dr. Jessica Barudin, and JUNO-nominated artist Desirée Dawson, we’ll move, breathe, listen, and reflect together—nourished by snacks, storytelling, and community. Come as you are; leave a little more grounded.
